Occasionally the career coaching process will bring personal issues to light and in these situations the career coach can refer the client for the relevant counselling. 2. Will it be between me and the career coach? Absolutely. Our sessions will be treated in the utmost confidence. 3. Does it involve psychometric/personality testing? The self-assessment exercises at Career Breakthrough boost clients’ self-awareness and therefore make moving forward clearer, but they do not measure personality. 4.
