I have twenty years’ experience providing clarity, confidence and insight to senior leaders. As a former national newspaper journalist, I am brilliant at listening, and absorbing the often complex lives and job challenges of executives, then asking the right, insightful questions to propel them forward and achieve their goals.

I have an adult-to-adult coaching style, employing humour and warmth to build the relationship quickly and get to the root of the issue. Harnessing my journalism experience, my approach drives the importance of understanding the audience and communicating clearly and impactfully. I empower clients to navigate with resilience, and develop their belief that they deserve a place at the executive leadership table.

My coaching practice includes helping clients make career change, achieve professional growth, build robust non-executive director profiles, portfolio careers and independent consultancy.

I coach to sharpen time management skills to increase efficiency and release more space to think and plan and am particularly strong at assisting executives with their verbal, presentation and written skills and how to communicate clearly and succinctly their needs and desires both upwards and to their wider teams, with impact and without fear.

My executive coaching expertise is underpinned by a multifaceted coaching career that spans private practice, associate work and business school MBA career consulting. Driven by values around autonomy and variety, I have held a portfolio career for the past 20 years and am an expert coach on the subject.

Worked with senior civil servant to transition into management consultancy leading IT transformation projects for Deloitte.
